Investment Goal

Maximize total investment return consisting of a combination of interest income, capital appreciation and currency gains. The Fund aims to achieve its objective by investing principally in a portfolio of fixed and/or floating rate debt securities and debt obligations of issuers, both public and private, incorporated or having their principal business activities in the Latin American and Caribbean region. On an ancillary basis, the Fund may be invested in bonds and debt obligations of companies and government entities of regions other than those named above.
